If you’re a fan of Chicago sports teams, this past weekend was a great weekend.

On Friday night, the Bulls won a pretty meaningless pre-season game against the Milwaukee Bucks in overtime.

On Saturday, Northwestern defeated Michigan State, Notre Dame beat BYU, and the White Sox beat the Houston Astros in the first game of the World Series.

On Sunday, the Bears beat the Baltimore Ravens, the Blackhawks beat MInnesota, and the White Sox beat the Astros in the second game of the World Series.

Now, if I remember correctly, there’s another professional sports team in Chicago who wasn’t playing this weekend … I think they play at Wrigley Field, but no one has heard from them since sometime in late July.
